Active asset management is an important part of our Residential Investments department. We focus on occupancy rates, debtor balances and a good gross-net trajectory. However, the value, return and updating of the portfolio are also high on the agenda.

In recent years, we have upgraded existing homes to the class A label at various locations in the Netherlands. Tenants benefit from this by having a more comfortable home and a much lower energy bill. Institutional investors, in turn, have the prospect of improved value development for their real estate.
